Etihad Regional en Eithad Airways maken bekend de codeshare te verlengen tot 2022. Het Zwitserse Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) heeft goedkeuring verleend.
De codeshare begon op 29 maart 2015. Etihad Regional (uitgevoerd door Darwin Airline) plaatst haar F7 codes op Etihad vluchten van Abu Dhabi naar Geneve en Zurich. In ruil plaatst Etihad haar EY code op vluchten van Etihad Regional tussen Geneve en Lugano en Zurich en Venetië.
Klanten van Etihad kunnen op Zurich en Geneve ook overstappen op (codeshare)partners airberlin, Alitalia, Air Serbia en Niki. Etihad zet op de route naar Zurich een B787-9 in en naar Geneve een A330-300.
Beide maatschappijen zijn uiteraard blij met de codeshare. Etihad…
