Vanwege toenemende populariteit heeft Mount Gambier Airport op één van de landingsbanen een fietspad geïnstalleerd. Vandaag start een proefperiode van een half jaar op één landingsbaan. Als de proef succesvol is krijgen de andere twee banen ook een fietspad.
