While you can’t see many stars in the sky in Las Vegas, there is definitely lots of activity up there. Not far from the strip, a nearly continuous stream of airline traffic can be seen shuttling eager visitors in, and broke visitors back out of the main airport… Not being one to pass-up an interesting photo-op, I managed to capture a few time lapse sequences of this often overlooked marvel of modern transportation and coordination. The full moon was out and managed to put on a good show in spite of the massive light from the city, which drowns-out all but the brightest celestial objects.
